Russian Design District is Among the Winners of the Titan Property Awards 2021, New York City

  The Rodina Group, a developer of innovative residential clusters, announces the awarding of the platinum Titan Property Awards to the project of the residential cultural and educational cluster Russian Design District. It was recognized as the best in the category "Development" in two subcategories at once – "Public use facility" and "Multifunctional complex".
  The residential cultural and educational cluster Russian Design District was recognized as the best project in the category "Development" in the subcategories "Public facility" and "Multifunctional complex" according to the international award Titan Property Awards. The participating projects were evaluated by an international team of judges according to the criteria of creativity, conceptuality, quality of architecture and design, social significance, innovation and environmental friendliness.
