The year, from the point of view of the profession, turned out to be busy, either because of inertial movements, or because of pumping money into the markets, but everyone had a lot of work, and very interesting projects turned out. It is difficult to single out any event, but the fact that everyone began to grow upwards, above 100 meters is great. The silhouette of the city began to change, and it began to be read in a completely new way. I hope that there will be enough groundwork for next year, and then, you see, the politicians will solve at least some of the problems that prevent us from returning to the usual rhythm. This year, especially for many, it finally became clear that the quality of architecture directly affects the quality of the environment and life in it, and that just meters today will not attract anyone, even in top locations. Buyers and tenants definitely make the choice in favor of the architectural quality of the urban environment surrounding the object.
